I have seen tons of poor technique firsthand, and recognize how it can lead to subpar results and, worse, injury.
I’ve worked with strength & conditioning coach JD Dunn (follow him on Instagram) to create a playlist of basic safe physical lifting. JD is the head strength & conditioning coach at Solon HS in Ohio. He’s had stops that include working with the D1 hockey programs at the University of Minnesota under the legendary Cal Dietz.
